Concerts specially designed for SEND pupils and Special Schools – FREE for Birmingham-based Special Schools and Resource Bases thanks to our partnership with Services for Education, or £6 each for non-Birmingham Schools.
Join presenter Jane Wright and a CBSO ensemble for a relaxed, interactive concert inspired by the classic tale The Wind in the Willows. Designed for pupils with special educational needs, this welcoming performance brings the adventures of Mole, Ratty, Badger and Toad to life through music and storytelling.
With BSL interpretation by Sarah Butt, and a set of pre-concert resources to help familiarise pupils with the music and story, this one-hour experience offers a gentle introduction to live orchestral performance. Pupils are free to engage in whatever way suits them — moving, clapping, or simply enjoying the sounds of the riverbank.
